eBECAS is an integrated one price suite (license eBECAS you get the lot) comprising:

eBECAS for Colleges a windows LAN based application designed to manage your College Marketing, Admissions, Accounts, Financials, Homestay, Classing and Attendance. We also provide a sychronised application to send and replicate your data from eBECAS, to your College's eBECAS Web Portal.

eBECAS Web Portal is a website that provides on-line internet access for students and teachers to access eBECAS data. Students are able to see news, personal communications from College staff (administration and warnings), classes, results, attendance and financials including invoices and outstanding fees. Teachers can login, view and update attendance and class rolls online, enter comments for absence and enter and view student diary entries.

DirectEnrol is a College Course Price inquiry service for each College to enter their course, homestay and fee price information for students and agents to enrol and print a quotation online. A online package calculator which sends printed offers to the student from the College. Each College enters the retail prices. Each College has their own exclusive shopping cart for products and prices for students who directly want to enrol with the College. DirectEnrol also provides on-line access to agents to enter student offers directly with a College, and send the College pdf offer to the student and College.

 

eCASm is the next generation of eBECAS and provides access via the internet to a centralised admissions management system for Colleges and agencies. eCASm includes the facility to enter, email and print College offers, sales management, document repository and maintain contact relationship management.
